HFH is a family run, private facility that offers full boarding, horse training, horse sales/leasing, and year-round riding lessons for all ages. Our experienced staff is dedicated to each horse/rider combination, their goals and individuality. We create a fun, positive environment that allows for growth and progression.

Katie Skog

TRAINER
Katie began riding at 6 years old and progressed through Chester County doing local shows and bringing along Pony Hunters and eventually Hunter Horses. By high school, she began training with Patty Stovel where she traveled to A-rated shows on the East Coast and Florida showing Hunters and Jumpers. She competed for 4 years at NCAA Oklahoma State University where they won 3 National Championships. Her training has never stopped, and it never will. Today she continues to train with accomplished professionals. Hidden Farm Hunters, the family business, started with the help of Katie’s sister, Erin Skog, as they bought young horses and ponies, trained them, showed them, and successfully sold them. HFH has allowed Katie to share her learning with her clients, helping them find and train ponies and horses and become accomplished equestrians. Katie especially enjoys bringing along young ponies and horses and working with children and watching them grow. Her success has allowed HFH to continue to do local shows as well as A-Circuit Shows up and down the East Coast. Her clients have qualified for Pony Finals, Junior Hunter Finals, and various Medals including the Penn Nationals. She enjoys working with an assortment of clients ranging from young riders to accomplished adult hunters and equitation riders. Both Erin and Katie live on the property and are dedicated full time to HFH.
